My first trip abroad      while my first trip abroad will always be memorable, it is the preparation that is etched in my memory.  when plans were being made for our Singapore trip I kept touching wood for I could not believe it was happening.  it was supposed to be a package to tour for three nights and four days and we were hoping to see as much as we could in the limited time.  we browsed the net for details about Singapore.  my father highlighted that shopping was very expensive just in case my mother and I went berserk.  we had the plan to see merlion park, china town, little India the various temples and mosques.  when the day approached all were up and about before time.  when we got home we felt very tired and felt so dizzy.  all good things come to an end. we brought back great memories and infinite snap to revive them.  I would like to go back there again.

Death of a loved one                    When a loved one passes away we are never prepared for the changes that will come to our lives from this tragic accident.   Receiving the call that my grandmom had passed away in a car crash was very shocking to me and the whole family.   It’s something that no family member in this world wants to go through the loss of a loved one.   Managing the emotions and feelings we may have after the news is very important since we have to be strong-minded and be able to move forward.  I remember like if it was yesterday when I was sleeping my mom had a phone call from an aunt.  My family and I still didn’t accept the fact that she was gone forever.  As we arrived at aunt's home, that’s when it really hit me that she was gone and I started crying and can't control myself and  I was really nervous about having to see her inside that coffin.   Walking towards her coffin ...

  A look into my daily life.             As a student, I lead a life of honesty and simplicity.   By habit, I get up early from bed and clean my parts of the body and brush my teeth with a brush.  I take my breakfast to keep my body healthy.  and then I worship and focus on my studies.   I play games for some time and from time to time I also mention activities on my Facebook page.  I take a shower every day.  After bathing in the well, I take my meal prepared by my mother at 2pm.  and every evening I practice my instruments and vocals.  I also attend all the lectures given by the university.   I spend the weekends differently than on the other days.  This is all about my daily life as a student.

  My First Time Away From Home                                   I had never traveled alone or had any kind of independent experience until the age of twenty-one.  After finishing my advanced levels I was able to university.  This was the first time I was away from home, the first time I was interacting with new people.  The first time I was totally independent.    This university is the largest performing arts university in southeast Asia.   I can describe this first day in this University as scary. My most embarrassing movement                        Some things are easier to remember, and some are easier to forget.   I can remember my most embarrassing moment as if it happened yesterday. I've tried, over the years, to forget this moment, but it just never seems to go away.   As I've gotten older, I can think back to that day and just laugh.  Its day is our school's Art day.  After my performance, I went to the washroom with my friends to clean my face and get some fresh.  As we entered inside, we met one of the boys in the washroom.  so we got confused. we thought he made a mistake.  After refreshing, we headed back out of the washroom.  That's when we saw then we had gone to the men's washroom. That incident is very embarrassing.  From that point on I never be reckless, because I don't like to face another moment like that.

  NADUNGAMUWE RAJAA                         He is the largest tusker in Sri Lanka.  but he was born in  1953 in Mysore India.  Nadungamuwe raja's owner is Harsha Dharmavijaya.   he is the current main casket bearer of the procession of asala  held in Kandy Sri Lanka.  The piliyandala who cured a relative of the Mysore Maharaja were two baby elephants gifted to the Nillammahara there. they are Nawam Raja of Gangaramaya and Vijaya Raja of Nadungamuawa. now Nadungamuwe raja is being taken care of by ''Kalu maama''.  Nadungamuwe raja first participated in Esala perahara in the year 2005.  This year too he had the opportunity to participate in the Esala Perahara.  He was revered by Sri Lankan Buddhists.  Nadungamuwe raja is a National Heritage site of Sri Lanka and we wish him a healthy life .

  COVID -19              Covid -19 is an epidemic that has killed a large number of people in the world in recent times. It started in Wuhan, in China. But now it's spread around the whole world quickly. Transforming into different genres, the Covid -19 epidemic is now in its third wave. Sri Lanka was initially successful in dealing with the epidemic, but the third wave found a large number of infected people. Currently, Sri Lanka has to be lockdown due to the escalation of Covid 19. Experts say the vaccine can protect about 97% of Covid -19. But most of all, it is my opinion that you can be 100% safe from staying at home by avoiding unnecessary travel. We should wash and sanitize our hands, and we should wear masks when we go out. we should stay at home and support our government. Then surely we will be able to breathe and live freely as before.

Bellwood   Today I'm gonna talk about Sri Lanka's wonderful place. that place is Bellwood. It is located in the Galaha Area of Peradeniya, Kandy. Bellwood is located on a hilltop and that place has attracted many tourists. and also the lake at that top of the hill can add a strange beauty. Bellwood is a lover's paradise. when you go to the top of the mountain the wind blows very well. also once you go to the top of the mountain, the view is so beautiful and it is amazing. there the central province itself surrounded by several mountain ranges is very visible. I would like to say that Bellwood is definitely a place to visit. But even if you visit there, my opinion is you need to take care of that place for future generations to see.
